Sorting Technique to Look After Emails on Gmail Account Step 1: Make sure that you’ve logged into your Gmail account. Step 2: Find the down arrow right next to the search box and click it. Step 3: Here, you can type in the subject you’re looking for, Date within, and choose under the Search section where you want to sort the emails. Step 4: Once you complete the above step, select the “Search” button. Now, you can find all the mails associated within the date and the subject. In this way, you can sort Gmail by subject, date as well as name. While searching, you can check the box denoting for attachment.
